Breaking Technological Boundaries · Pioneering the Future — Lyric Robot at Battery Show 2025 in Korea


Against the backdrop of the rapid iteration of the global new energy industry, the largest battery industry professional exhibition in South Korea (InterBattery) was successfully held at the COEX International Convention and Exhibition Center in Seoul, South Korea in 2025.  This grand event brought together leading enterprises, technological innovators and industry experts from around the world, showcasing the latest developments in the entire battery manufacturing industry chain, including lithium-ion batteries and solid-state batteries.

Under the theme "Breaking Technological Boundaries · Pioneering the Future," Lyric Robot made a remarkable presence at Booth C700, featuring its core equipment for solid-state battery production and intelligent logistics solutions for various application scenarios. The exhibition attracted numerous international enterprises and research institutions, engaging in in-depth discussions and expressing strong interest in potential collaborations. This event highlighted the robust capabilities of Chinese intelligent manufacturing in the competitive new energy sector.


Seven daily technical presentations: Hitting the industry's pain points


Solid-State Battery Special Session
Lyric has successfully mastered the manufacturing process of complete production lines for all-solid-state batteries. The key equipment includes dry electrode coating machines, electrode calendaring and electrolyte thermal composite machines, integrated frame printing and stacking machines, and high-voltage formation and grading equipment. Lyric's complete solution for solid-state batteries drew significant attention from industry experts.

Smart Logistics Equipment Special Session
Lyric presented an integrated smart logistics solution covering key stages such as raw material storage, electrode storage, inspection segments, and PACK warehouses. The four key highlights are:
1.    Intelligent order processing: Supports smart scheduling for receipt, production planning, and inventory alerts.
2.    Visual data monitoring: Offers material tracking and inventory aging statistics.
3.    Smart equipment management: Supports health diagnostics and maintenance guidance.
4.    Efficient energy-saving: Utilizes equipment sleep mode and energy recovery technologies to build an efficient and intelligent warehousing system.

Coating Equipment Special Session
Lyric's coating machine boasts a maximum coating roller width 12.5% larger than the industry standard of 1600mm, with a peak operating speed of 150m/min, significantly enhancing production efficiency. Through rapid R&D iterations, it effectively resolves common issues in traditional coating processes, ensuring high-quality and stable battery production.

Stacking Equipment Special Session
The self-developed high-speed hot compound cutting and stacking machine achieves a stable production rate of 400 to 480 pieces per minute (ppm), with a stacking speed of 0.1s per piece, leading the industry. By integrating seven key processes, including punching, hot compounding, and stacking, the product yield reaches 99.5%, ushering the industry into a new era of "flying stack."

Cell Assembly Line Special Session
The prismatic aluminum shell cell assembly line offers a production capacity of 6–44 ppm with a yield of ≥99.7%. It features strong compatibility and high assembly precision, utilizing both visual and mechanical positioning to enhance accuracy. The line can be adapted to various product series based on customer requirements.

Module PACK Line Special Session
Lyric’s module PACK line achieves a maximum production capacity of 150 ppm, with an operational efficiency of ≥99%, a yield of ≥99.95%, and a failure rate of ≤2%. It is compatible with all forms of cells, including prismatic, blade, cylindrical, and pouch types. Its MTP/CTP/CTB/CTC solutions have received certifications from leading international automotive manufacturers.


Formation Equipment Special Session
The formation and grading integrated machine achieve a 70% energy feedback efficiency, employing a modular design to support flexible manufacturing for pouch, prismatic, and cylindrical cell formats. This significantly improves efficiency, helping clients reduce costs and enhance performance.

At the exhibition, Lyric utilized virtual reality (VR) technology to provide visitors with an immersive experience of digital innovations in smart factories. With its technological advantages in solid-state batteries and smart logistics, Lyric has established close partnerships with multiple top 10 global battery manufacturers, including ATL, BYD, CATL, LG, Skon, Samsung SDI, Gotion High-Tech, Sunwoda, and others.
