In the field of coating technology, Lyric's coating machine features a maximum coating roller width that exceeds the industry average by 12.5%, with a peak operating speed of 150m/min, significantly enhancing production efficiency. Through rapid R&D iteration, it effectively addresses common appearance and dimensional issues in traditional coating processes, ensuring high-quality battery production and stable performance.

Regarding formation technology, Lyric's integrated formation and grading machine achieves a breakthrough feed-in efficiency of 75%. Through modular design, it establishes a flexible manufacturing system compatible with pouch, prismatic, and cylindrical battery types, significantly improving changeover efficiency and helping customers reduce costs while enhancing productivity.

Lyric's module PACK production line has achieved a maximum capacity of 150ppm, with an operational efficiency ≥99%, a first-pass yield ≥99.95%, and a failure rate ≤2%, while being compatible with all battery cell formats, including prismatic, blade, cylindrical, and pouch cells. Moreover, its MTP/CTP/CTB/CTC solutions have gained recognition from leading international automotive manufacturers.

Lyric has introduced an intelligent logistics full-scenario integrated whole-plant solution, covering key processes from raw material warehousing and logistics to PACK automated storage. It has four highlights, namely intelligent order processing, visual data monitoring, intelligent equipment management and high efficiency in energy saving and consumption reduction, and is committed to building an efficient intelligent warehousing system.
