Dr. Du Yixian, President of Lyric Research Institute, stated in his keynote speech titled "Analysis of Solid-State Battery Processes and Complete Line Equipment" that comprehensive electrification is accelerating profound transformations in the new energy industry. With its disruptive technological advantages, all-solid-state batteries have become the cutting-edge development direction for key application fields such as new energy vehicles and energy storage. Currently, significant progress has been made in materials, battery technology, and market development, with solid-state battery industrialization transitioning from laboratory research to engineering mass production. However, this process still faces multiple challenges including mass production, process stability, interface integration, high costs, material pathway selection, and collaborative innovation.


As a core force in the intelligent equipment sector, Lyric has currently achieved full coverage of the mass production process for solid-state batteries. having overcome critical technologies and processes including high-pressure densification process, electrolyte and electrode composite process, encapsulation process, and high-pressure formation.

Furthermore, Lyric has established a cleanroom laboratory for solid-state battery equipment, equipped with multiple testing capabilities such as dry electrode coating, frame printing for electrodes, solid-state battery stacking, laser cutting of lithium metal sheets, and lithium-copper lamination. The company opens this laboratory to collaborate with partners in process validation, providing robust support for R&D and industrial implementation, and looks forward to helping China occupy the commanding heights in the global wave of all-solid-state battery development.

• Dry electrode coating equipment: Integrates dry mixing, film manufacturing and pressing processes, reducing solvent costs by 11.5% and energy consumption by 46% compared to traditional wet processes. The adoption of multi-roller calendering technology enables precise control of ultra-thin materials, making it compatible with various solid-state battery systems.


• Electrode Calendering & Electrolyte Thermal Lamination Integrated Machine: Innovatively combines cathode/anode calendering and electrolyte hot-pressing functions, resolving process challenges through transfer printing technology and infrared preheating, significantly improving efficiency while reducing equipment footprint.


• Frame Printing & Stacking Integrated Machine: Addresses electrode edge deformation issues in separator-free structures by integrating resin frame printing with electrode stacking processes, effectively enhancing product safety and consistency.


• High-Pressure Formation & Grading Equipment: Features 80-ton load capacity with over 100 safety protection measures, compatible with various solid-state battery systems including sulfide, halide, oxide and polymer electrolytes, fully supporting mass production requirements.
