Lyric Showcased at 2025 GGII Humanoid Robot Annual Conference: Intelligent Manufacturing Empowers the Industrialization of Humanoid Robots

2025/11/04

Recently, the 2025 Gaogong Humanoid Robot Annual Conference was grandly held in Shenzhen, co-hosted by Gaogong Humanoid Robotics and the Gaogong Robotics Industry Institute (GGII), focusing on the critical path for the commercialization of humanoid robots. As a global first-tier enterprise in the new energy equipment sector, Guangdong Lyric Robot Automation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lyric") made a significant debut with its end-to-end smart manufacturing solution for humanoid robots. Dr. Du Yixian, Professor & PhD Supervisor and Dean of Lyric Research Institute, delivered a keynote speech titled "Industrialization Practice and Reflections on Humanoid Robots", systematically presenting the company's core capabilities in the humanoid robot field and providing key support for large-scale mass production in the industry.

Currently, the humanoid robot industry is at a critical turning point from laboratory development to mass production. Industry insiders generally note that production at this stage is mostly single-piece or small-batch, lacking standardized processes and automated production systems. This leads to low product consistency, hindering the progress of large-scale application. Lyric points out that achieving large-scale mass production of humanoid robots must rely on highly integrated smart manufacturing systems to ensure the consistency and reliability of high-volume component processing, whole-machine assembly and testing. Building on years of technological accumulation in the high-end equipment manufacturing sector, Lyric has established smart manufacturing capabilities covering key links of humanoid robots. Through standardized process flows, flexible automated production lines and full-process quality control systems, the company possesses the capabilities of manufacturing, assembling and testing robot bodies and dexterous hand components, providing solid support for humanoid robots to move towards large-scale commercialization.

I. Core Components Manufacturing Capabilities

Backed by over 3,000 processing and testing equipment (including more than 600 precision production devices), Lyric achieves a monthly average delivery of 45,000 engineering drawings. The company focuses on providing key components OEM services for humanoid robot enterprises, with a full product range covering mechanical parts, plastic parts, electronic components and other categories — including core assemblies such as joint modules, controllers, drivers and circuit boards. Leveraging its mature process system and stringent quality control standards, Lyric is committed to addressing the industry-wide consistency challenge caused by single-piece production, delivering key manufacturing support for the performance consistency of humanoid robots.

II. Assembly and Testing OEM Services & Turnkey Plant Solutions

Lyric has established a 400,000-square-meter intelligent processing and assembly base, equipped with end-to-end capabilities from final assembly to testing. Through its comprehensive digital management system, Lyric can rapidly formulate production plans while achieving real-time data collection, analysis, and traceability.

Furthermore, its self-developed smart warehouse logistics system employs automated handling and intelligent dispatch technologies, significantly enhancing material flow efficiency, reducing manual intervention, and optimizing overall supply chain management. This enables Lyric to provide humanoid robot enterprises with efficient, flexible, and replicable turnkey plant solutions, effectively addressing the inefficiencies and consistency challenges associated with small-batch production.

III. Industrial Scenario Training and Application Development

Leveraging extensive experience in intelligent manufacturing projects, Lyric provides humanoid robots with authentic, complex, and diverse industrial training scenarios. The company collaborates with robot enterprises to develop application solutions tailored to specific production lines. These technologies are applicable to tasks such as hazardous material handling, seal testing, and flexible line changeovers, significantly enhancing operational safety and efficiency. Built on a solid foundation of seven core technology platforms — intelligent perception, high-speed and high-precision control, digital systems, laser applications, smart logistics, vacuum technology, and actuation technology — Lyric offers customized intelligent technology modules to meet diverse industrial needs, enabling the deep integration and application of humanoid robots in varied scenarios.

In the process of humanoid robot industrialization, Lyric is advancing technology from the laboratory to the production line and from prototypes to mass production through a trinity model of "manufacturing capabilities + scenario applications + technological empowerment". As industrial demand for humanoid robots becomes increasingly clear, large-scale application is no longer a vision but an ongoing reality. Lyric's solutions are dedicated to tackling the industry's core challenges — the lack of mass production capabilities and closed-loop industrial implementation — while collaborating with partners to explore the path to industrialization.
