The Lyric National High-Tech Base spans a total area of 2,600 square meters. All training venues and facilities strictly comply with national construction standards and regulations, enabling an annual training capacity of over 2,000 people. This provides a robust hardware foundation and educational support for cultivating high-skilled professionals.

The base was officially approved for establishment in December 2023, and its construction has been carried out in phases since 2024. From its initial planning to its official launch, the National High-Tech Training Base has repeatedly received authoritative recognition for its achievements: it was designated as the "Huizhou Craftsman Academy" by the Huizhou Federation of Trade Unions in 2024 and further honored as the "Guangdong Craftsman Academy" by the Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions in 2025. Having accumulated multiple external accreditations and honors, the base is steadily evolving into a high-skilled talent cultivation base that integrates enterprise, industry, and regional development.

Closely aligned with practical industrial needs, the base has systematically built dedicated training zones covering five core occupations: Laser Equipment Installation & Commissioning Technician, Industrial Vision System Operation & Maintenance Technician, Multi-process CNC Machine Tool Operation & Adjustment Technician, Electrician, and Assembly Fitter. Equipped with modern theoretical classrooms and independent practical training venues, it achieves seamless integration of teaching scenarios and production scenarios, forming an integrated training loop of "Theory - Demonstration - Practice".

The base has assembled a well-structured and experienced team of high-caliber instructors, totaling 172 members. This team includes technical leaders and senior technicians across various specializations, with distinguished members honored with prestigious accolades such as the State Council Special Allowance and the "Goose City Craftsman" award. Their deep industry expertise and teaching capabilities serve as the core pillar supporting training quality.

Deep Industry-Education Integration: Fostering a Collaborative Education Ecosystem

As one of the first "chain-leader" units in Guangdong Province’s industry-education-assessment skill ecosystem chain, the base continues to deepen school-enterprise cooperation. It has partnered with multiple vocational institutions to jointly build practical training platforms, design curriculum systems, and share faculty resources. Through customized training programs and on-the-job skill enhancement initiatives, it effectively bridges the education chain, talent chain, and industry chain.

Tangible Training Outcomes，Demonstrating the Real Impact of Talent Empowerment

In 2025, the base trained over 2,000 individuals, covering corporate employees, vocational students, and industry practitioners. By implementing standardized teaching processes and strengthening core skill training, the base has significantly improved trainees’ professional competence and technical proficiency. By the end of 2025, skill level assessments had been completed for more than a thousand participants, with high-skilled talent accounting for over 50% of the total. Many trainees have excelled in various skill competitions, providing robust talent support for enterprise efficiency improvement and technological innovation.

Looking ahead, Lyric will leverage the National High-Tech Base as a strategic pivot to deepen industry-education integration and school-enterprise collaboration.
