Recently, the customized commercial vehicle battery module PACK production line for a Polish client has been successfully shipped, which marks the systematic implementation of our localized design, manufacturing, and service capabilities in Europe.

This production line is designed around the client's practical application scenarios in commercial vehicles and energy storage. It integrates multiple proprietary technologies from Lyric in the fields of intelligent assembly, high-precision online inspection, and process digitalization. The entire line complies with EU CE and energy efficiency standards, with an automation rate of over 90% in the module section. It is capable of providing customers with stable, reliable, and sustainably upgradable intelligent manufacturing support.

Lyric delivers not just equipment, but comprehensive localized service capabilities. We have established a professional technical team in Poland, equipped with full-cycle service capabilities including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and technical training. A regional spare parts support system has also been set up, providing a solid guarantee for the smooth delivery, on-site installation, and long-term stable operation of the equipment.

It is worth noting that Lyric has already provided intelligent equipment and technical services compliant with international standards such as CE and UL to numerous countries worldwide. The Poland base is now capable of delivering multiple types of production lines, offering complete solutions including EV battery module assembly and testing lines, PACK assembly lines, and motor assembly lines. This supports the localization of key components in Europe's new energy vehicle three-electric systems.
