GOOD NEWS | Lyric Battery Module Production Line Successfully Shipped to a Leading Japanese Battery Enterprise

Recently, Lyric delivered its module production line to a leading Japanese battery manufacturer, underscoring its robust strength and international competitiveness in the new energy equipment sector.

The newly shipped production line is a full-fledged industrial lithium-ion battery module assembly line. It covers 18 core processes from lower bracket loading to finished product unloading and packaging, with every link strictly benchmarked against the rigorous quality control standards of Japanese manufacturing. 

For this project, Lyric has independently developed and integrated the module insulation and withstand voltage testing equipment for the first time, with all commissioning and test data acquisition results fully meeting the required standards. Equipped with fully automatic mating fixtures, the line has lifted the mating yield of electrical performance testing to 99.5%, notably outperforming the industry average of 95%–98%. The entire production line integrates multiple proprietary core technologies of Lyric in intelligent assembly, high-precision in-line inspection and process digitalization. Strictly compliant with international energy efficiency standards, it delivers a stable, reliable and sustainably upgradable overall intelligent manufacturing solution for customers.
