During the summit, the Chief Technical Engineer of Shunyuan Laser, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Lyric, delivered a keynote speech titled Key Technologies and Applications of Laser Welding and Precision Machining. Centered on core processes including laser welding, cutting and micro‑nano surface processing, complemented by three supporting technologies: laser cleaning, multi‑axis linkage integrated control, as well as optoelectronic measurement and control. Leveraging a comprehensive process library, defect mechanism models and intelligent control system, Lyric ensures the efficient and stable operation of high‑end manufacturing production lines.


Deeply empowered by AI technologies, Lyric’s self‑developed high‑speed laser flying welding technology enables high‑speed dynamic welding at 80‑100 mm/s with positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm. It has been selected as a typical application case under Guangdong’s “Robot+” program. The proprietary weld inspection technology, recipient of the Guangdong Excellent Patent Award, integrates 3D point cloud and digital twin technologies to achieve ultra‑high‑precision weld inspection at 0.05 mm. It features a misjudgment rate below 0.5%, with synchronous weld‑inspection efficiency over 10 times higher than manual operation. Filling the domestic gap in high‑end laser inspection technology, it helps production lines sustain a stable yield rate of 99.95% and lifts production efficiency by more than 50%.


From a strategic layout perspective, Lyric has formed a “One Foundation, Two Wings” development framework. In the energy storage sector, its proprietary laser welding equipment for large-format cells overcomes the challenges of thick-material welding, enabling high-volume production across multiple cell chemistries. In the semiconductor advanced packaging sector, its self-developed TGV (Through Glass Via) micro‑nano processing technology leverages femtosecond lasers to achieve cold processing without thermal damage, capable of fabricating ultra‑micro vias as small as 1.5 μm. This technology is well‑suited for next‑generation processes such as HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) and co‑packaged optics (CPO), effectively breaking the technological monopoly held by overseas players. In the AI computing power sector, an innovative dual‑beam collaborative welding solution precisely regulates heat input, effectively resolving the cracking issues encountered in dissimilar‑metal welding of liquid‑cooling components for data centers.


2. Participating in Blue Book Compilation to Strengthen Standard Setting Voice in Laser Industry


At the summit, the 2026 Blue Book on Innovative Application and Development of Laser Industry was officially released. As a core participating compiler, Lyric took an in depth part in its compilation. The Blue Book systematically sorts out the development status, technology evolution roadmap and diversified application scenarios of China’s laser industry, providing critical references for the standardized and high quality development of the sector.
