Lyric Robot New Generation Flat Wire Motor Assembly Line for New Energy Vehicles

 

Compared with the round wire motor, the hairpin motor has the advantages of improving slot fullness and power density, reducing NVH, end winding resistance and winding temperature rise, reducing equipment weight, and improving service efficiency and service feeling. Lyric launched a rotor assembly line and flat wire stator assembly line to provide customers with high-quality services while reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

Lyric Robot flat wire motor rotor assembly line can be compatible with a variety of electric motor products and is used for high-end car brand electric vehicles. The first section process includes iron core feeding, magnetic steel insertion, iron core heating, weighing, injection molding and cooling stations; The process of the second section includes parts loading, laser etching, precise tightening, press fitting, dynamic balancing, magnetization, and other processes, to realize the information-based and intelligent production of the production line.

The wire forming adopts CNC 2D+ stamping forming, the cycle time is ≤5s/root, and the cycle time is at the forefront of the industry.

 

The cycle time of a single flaring fixture is ≤3s/root, and the multi-axis parallel parameter adjustment can fully realize flexible and intelligent production.

 

The twisting head single-layer line matches the independent servo power, parameterized adjustment, and high consistency.

Compared with pure electric vehicles using single electric energy, the hybrid transmission of new energy vehicles is highly integrated with the overall design of "three in one" (electronic control, controller, and reducer). At the same time, the generator shaft, engine shaft, large pump wheel, and small pump wheel are added on the basis of the three-axis reducer to couple the power of the engine and the driving motor together in a certain way to realize the transmission system of variable speed and torque. Lyric Robot launched a hybrid transmission assembly + test line to provide customers with a high-quality intelligent manufacturing line.

 

 

Lyric Robot hybrid transmission assembly line can adapt to a variety of high-end hybrid products. The box assembly line includes heating and pressing of the rear shell, shafting assembly, shafting into the box, dynamic measurement, pressing of the front shell, and pressing of the rear box; Shafting sub-assembly line includes differential assembly, differential detection, shafting automatic loading and pressing station, and differential screw tightening; The assembly test line consists of controller tightening, noise test and EOL test, which has inherent advantages in stability and safety.

Three core processes are adopted: shafting assembly (multi-axis meshing assembly), multi-axis shafting into the box, and multi-axis dynamic measurement;

 

 

The six-axis robot integrated meshing assembly, multi-axis automatic box closing and multi-axis dynamic measurement mechanism are used for dynamic measurement, which can meet the rapid and automatic type change of different products;


The dynamic measurement accuracy of multi shafting can reach ± 0.005mm

 

Medium frequency heating press fitting, multi-point monitoring, press fitting accuracy controlled at ± 0.01mm, temperature controlled at ± 3 ℃, better than the industry conventional level;

 

The whole assembly line adopts Intelligent Automated Storage Retrieval System + AGV general drive for material feeding. The assembly line and the vertical warehouse are connected intelligently and automatically to make the operation link smoother and fully realize intelligent production.
