Looking back at the period from 2021 to 2022, China's lithium battery industry has experienced a continuous doubling of annual production capacity growth rate. Although the growth rate slightly slowed down to 42.5% in 2023, the large base still makes the actual growth value significant. The soaring sales of new energy vehicles reached 9.495 million units, accounting for 31.6% of the market share. It is expected to further expand to over 40% and 50% in 2024 and 2025. The strong performance of the lithium battery industry is not only reflected in the growth of the domestic market, but also demonstrates strong export competitiveness in the international market. In 2023, the export value of lithium-ion batteries reached as high as 65.07 billion US dollars. The increase in power lithium battery production and installation rate, although revealing the current situation of overcapacity, also highlights the importance of quality control and testing technology. In the face of industry challenges, Director Du deeply analyzed the four major challenges faced by testing technology: accuracy, efficiency, cost control, and adapting to diversified testing needs. At the same time, he pointed out the inevitable trend of technology towards intelligence, automation, digitization, miniaturization, multimodal integration, and environmental protection. The Intelligent and Accurate AVI Detection Machine

Innovations and Breakthroughs in EIS Technology

Doc Du specifically introduced Lyric's EIS (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) detection technology, which subverts traditional DC detection methods through precise measurement of AC signals and revolutionizes the speed and accuracy of battery performance evaluation. The application of EIS technology has significantly shortened the battery aging detection time, and the overall process has been shortened by 40% compared to traditional methods. In the detection of battery cascading utilization, EIS technology has compressed the testing time by more than 90%, greatly saving costs. The dual improvement of efficiency and economy undoubtedly sets new standards for battery performance testing.

Deep Insight into Ultrasonic Safety and Performance
Doc.Du's Lyric ultrasonic testing technology  demonstrated excellent efficiency in reshaping the industry during the  critical stages of liquid injection and formation in the cell  manufacturing process. Accurate monitoring of the electrolyte is  achieved through ultrasound, effectively preventing lithium deposition  and short circuits. The accuracy of identifying multiple internal  defects exceeds 90%, ensuring the purity and safety of the battery cell.  Intelligent adjustment of electrolyte technology not only compresses  the production cycle by 20% -50%, but also ensures the uniformity of the  electrolyte, laying a solid foundation for high-quality battery  manufacturing. This technology synchronously monitors the status of NMC,  LMO, and LFP batteries, with a measurement accuracy of 99%, and  predicts cycle life with over 80% accuracy, providing solid data support  for battery performance evaluation. Director Du also emphasized that  the application of this technology in charge and discharge monitoring  not only enhances safety and prolongs lifespan, but also relies on fine  process adjustments to achieve an accuracy rate of over 80% in cycle  life prediction, opening up a new field of deep insight into battery  safety and efficiency.
