High feedback efficiency structure to promote "zero carbonization" of lithium-ion battery production

In the new energy post-processing system of Shunshi Measurement and Control, the energy discharged by the battery can be directly used by the battery that needs to be charged, and can also be directly fed back to the grid, which can realize intelligent scheduling of peaks and valleys, and the feeding efficiency is ≥85%, which greatly reduces power consumption. Electricity cost; Its cable integrated layout enhances the reliability of equipment while saving energy and reducing consumption by more than 20%, which greatly reduces cable cost and cable-caused energy consumption loss. The integrated formation and grading machine independently developed by Shunshi Measurement and Control can ensure the current consistency through the series circuit, realize the continuous flow and stable bypass of the single battery cell, the impact current of the bypass process is < 5 % F.S., the impact time is < 50 ms, and the production data process monitoring, data integration and sharing, and traceability of the whole process. Compared with the traditional split-type parallel power supply, a standard production line saves more than 5.5 million RMB/year in comprehensive electricity costs, which is equivalent to reducing more than 7,000 tons of CO2 emissions.

Modular design is adopted for the entire production line stations of pouch, prismatic, blade, cylindrical and other battery cells to achieve standardization of changeover parts of and changeover process, saving time for changeover and maintenance. And through serial coding, the status of parts can be dynamically tracked throughout the whole process; data integration and sharing, flexible interaction with MES, showing agility and intelligence; multiple safety protection designs such as structural secondary protection, power-off and air-off protection, insulation protection, and electrical program interlock mode, improving equipment safety performance. Having a professional thermal simulation team drives the optimization design of equipment and power supply layout, which can improve the reliability of the heat dissipation layout inside the power cabinet, improve the temperature uniformity of the battery cell production environment, and help the consistency of battery cell production.
