On October 25-27, 2023, the "2023 China (Suining) International Lithium-ion Battery Industry Conference" was held in Suining, Sichuan, inviting well-known enterprises in the industry to jointly discuss and exchange ideas on the development of the lithium-ion battery industry. The conference is themed "Low Carbon Era, 'Lithium' Creating the Future" and holding the "Low Carbon and Smart Energy Development Forum", focusing on innovative technologies and applications, exploring cutting-edge trends such as urban electrification process and energy structure adjustment, promoting international exchange and cooperation, and injecting green energy into the development of the lithium-ion battery industry.

As a global leader in high-end equipment in the field of new energy, Lyric was invited to participate in this forum. Du Yixian, President of Lyric Research Institute, attended and delivered a keynote speech titled "Key Technologies for Intelligent Manufacturing of EV Batteries". He deeply shared the mature solutions of Lyric in the intelligent manufacturing of EV lithium-ion batteries, analyzed the key technical difficulties in the large-scale production of blade batteries and 46 series cylindrical batteries that are currently the most focused, and provided Lyric's solutions.

In terms of blade batteries, Lyric has launched 170 m/min ultra-high speed laser notching machine, laser drying technology for the coating section, 0.1s/piece high-speed thermal composite laminating stacking machine, busbar laser flight welding, high automation rate module & pack line and other technical equipment, achieving a perfect combination of cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and safety and stability. In terms of 46 series cylindrical batteries, Lyric has two solutions: a pilot line solution for cylindrical batteries and a high-speed line solution for linear and turret assembly sections. We have comprehensively and deeply shared the key technologies for mass production of 46 series cylindrical batteries, such as full-tab cutting, flattening, anode and cathode collector plate flying welding, anode penetration, and edge welding. At the same time, digitization is also one of the key technologies in intelligent manufacturing, which can help enterprises improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Relying on the accumulation of fully independent intellectual property rights from electrodes to battery cells, formation and grading, modules & packs, to smart factories, Lyric has become an important equipment force in promoting the development of the lithium-ion battery industry.
