This is an intelligent logistics project for the module offline-PACK section of a power battery enterprise, which has been operating successfully for over a year. Using advanced automation technology, Lyric has enabled the customer to achieve box pre-fabrication, automatic gluing, automatic module insertion, air-tightness testing, automated material distribution, product off-line transfer and other related functions. In this process, we utilized an AGV tractor in place of a conventional logistics line body, resulting in a tidier and more organized site, as well as heightened safety and reliability.
Lyric has developed an AGV featuring magnetic navigation and latent traction. This device uses RFID card reading and positioning, double steering wheel drive, has stable movement, forward and rotation movements, and can handle loads of up to 1500kg while maintaining a repeated positioning accuracy of ±10mm. Additionally, this AGV includes a laser obstacle avoidance safety protection system which is capable of detecting obstacles up to an angle of 270°. This feature guarantees operational safety. Furthermore, we have developed a low power consumption and sleep operation mode, which allows for a standby time of up to 14 days, promoting green energy efficiency. Additionally, the station can be charged whilst on standby, further enhancing energy efficiency. Our AGV is capable of seamless scheduling in traffic control alongside multiple brands and types of mobile robots. This equipment proves versatile in various industries such as machinery manufacturing, automotive parts, medicine, packaging, and other logistics and warehousing fields.
